Listed below are all of our post-sale customer survey responses since we started this store over a decade ago (both good and bad).

Each of our customers has the option of reviewing their experience on our site by clicking the checkbox to review our site during the checkout. They receive one single email two weeks later and are asked for their opinion on their experience. They don't win anything if they leave us a good comment and we don't harass them if they give a bad rating. It's totally up to them.

The study guides are all very comprehensive, but if you were looking for a specific teaching guide, then maybe you should have purchased a teaching guide from another place. The quality was great. I contacted customer service and they said that there was a refund issued, but it was never credited to my account Note: This was a wierd one. This customer purchased something twice from another website and amazingly thought that we had double charged her. We contacted her to find out what she was talking about, and then she admitted that it had nothing to do with us at all. She apparently got charged twice by some other company, where she had bought something else (on a different day). Still, she blamed us for her problem and decided to condemn our site as somehow having ripped her off. Some times you just cannot win. She did finally later apologize, once she figured out what had happened. Please understand that she was only charged once for her purchase from us (duh?) and there was no problem. Her confusion led her to blame us and give us this horrible rating. What particularly impressed me was their honesty in notifying me that I had accidentally charged my credit card information twice. They emailed me to let me know and to make sure that I didnt intend to order the same thing twice, and they went ahead and reversed the duplicate charge. Note: Please always email us immediately if you have a problem and we will do whatever we can to take care of it. He pointed us to this single multiple-choice question from the Quiz. 3. What does the changing of the mascot four times show us about the school district? a.) They are inept. b.) They are concerned for student morals. c.) They are being sued by the company that made the mascot uniforms. He stated that it wasn't possible to determine the identity of "They", therefore the question could not be answered. How in the world was anyone going to be able to figure out who "They" was? He asked if we seriously thought a 14 year-old would be able to answer a question like that. We responded that while the question could have been phrased a little differently to remove any possibilty of confusion, it was our opinion that the question was not misleading and could be easily answered by a 14 year-old. We thought that it was a little odd that someone would trash our reputation and quality solely on something so trivial, so we did some checking. It turns out that this customer serves as an advisor or is related to individuals on a committee focused on removing ambiguity from standardized testing in the inner-city. While that is certainly an honorable motive, he does have a very specific axe to grind. We've never had a complaint regarding the quality of this study guide before, so we were shocked that someone would characterize it as "very poor quality". We try hard to produce quality material. A couple times there were references to one of the characters having a urinary tract infection, which was NOT in the book! Note: This was not an error. The urinary tract problem is referring to Vladimir or Didi's kidney problem. This is not really a major point of the book and has no impact on the story, but it is definitely part of the play. We would never include something as a joke. In Act I, it is explained that he has been taking garlic to help his kidneys function. In Act II, it is noted that he didn't have to wake even once during the night to relieve himself. One may conclude that Vladimir/Didi indeed is suffering with a urinary tract problem. The MonkeyNotes clearly included this minor detail that you didn't pickup in your reading of the text. It's quite commendable that Monkeynotes has taken the cost of printing aspect into consideration. My ink cartridges cost $50.00 each so that fact alone makes this the best site in my mind.
